CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure we can provide the best service for all our clients, we kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. With less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service/s will be charged. Please note that for failed payment processing, a balance will remain on your account and must be settled prior to booking or accepting any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
